Quick and easy

I phoned and told the man my handicapped had fallen, hit her head, and probably needed stitches. I also said we were trying to avoid hospitals due to my husband being under hospice care at home. Upon arrival they took [FIRST NAME REMOVED] right back and handled her needs promptly and efficiently.

Courteous, kind and professional. At 87 it’s important not to be treated like a number.I had a problem checking in online but that’s my lack of knowledge. From the time I got inside to the time I left I felt very good about the service I received.
