Family. The front desk medical professional verified my insurance and received a reference number and also verified the medical insurance that should have been obsolete. She revealed both insurances are active as my work insurance. Wow, she went the extra mile for me. I will speak with my benefits representative on Monday. Thank you. Even though, the location was short staffed they did not rush my visit. All questions were answered and treatment plan explained. The PA was kind and her patience was needed. Thanks for listening. Thank you Scott, their gentle giant X-ray tech, medical assistant, Scott of all trades. You’re the best.

My local Care Spot was closed for the weekend due to unforeseen circumstances. I ended up having to drive to Orlando to get my pre-employment drug screening completed. I happened to call the location on Orange Ave and Matthew answered. He only had 1 cup left for the type of drug screen that I needed but also had an upcoming appointment for that same drug screen. He heard my frustration and immediately took ownership. He called other locations and coordinated with his manager who was going to be bringing cups from another location. He did all this while I was on hold and he kept clicking back to give me quick updates. I was able to get my drug screen completed at his location about 15 minutes after that call. I initially felt frustrated and inconvenienced but after my interaction with Matthew I was grateful and pleased. In a world plagued by staffing shortages and overworked employees, Matthew was a breath of fresh air. (10 stars for Matthew) (9 stars for the inconvenience of having to drive to another city).

I made an appointment on line. The facilities were very clean & crisp at the Monument Rd office. The attendants were very nice, knowledgeable & professional. Dr. James Ries was explained my symptoms as well as treatment thoroughly. I was extremely pleased with my 1st time experience to this particular facility and should the need arise again I will definitely go back.
