I go to your facility for observed urine collections once a week. You get me in and out quickly usually in 15 minutes which I appreciate since I come in with a full bladder. THANK YOU

The lady at the front desk was exceptional! I did not get her name please forgive me, but she was so nice so professional and SMILED! You never find smiling faces as receptionist anymore. They are cold and sterile and make you not want to be there. As a matter of fact, I did leave an office right before yours for that reason. I first attempted to get his football physical at Palms Medical group but bc the receptionist was so rude I walked out after she was rude without saying a word to her. She made me feel like I was a nuisance to her. I only asked can you get my son in today for a football physical, and she said nope not today. Mind you she never told me she was on a call, she didn’t have a phone in her hand. And I said okay no problem, what about tomorrow? Because I was trying to go to a place that I wasn’t charged out of pocket for it, his insurance would pick it up and Palms does. After I asked her, she blantantly was extremely rude and said well I don’t know what I have available, I’m on the phone so if you can wait long enough for me to finish with this patient that was before you on the phone, I can answer that question. Shocked, I said “okay” and thought further and walked right out that front door and thanks for reminding me to write a review for her. Moving on to YOUR front desk receptionist, she was a young, black girl that was beautiful too, checked us in with a smile on her face, and was a complete pleasure. We were two minutes late because Map Quest brought us to the wrong place and made me a few minutes late. And she was so sweet about it and made us feel like home, she talked to me clear, and professional and answered every question I had with a smile and in a world that is filled with cold, sterile people, it was so nice to find a beautiful smile. I only told you about the other situation, so you could understand where my mindset was at, being treated poorly by someone who is supposed to be welcoming to your guests(patients), and how one bad seed can cause the whole tree to rot, but in your case your ripe apple, (your beautiful receptionist) made me stay! And now I will not go anywhere else for his physicals. The doctor we seen was also pleasure and very thorough he did an actual physical, and although my son has had MANY physicals this is the first that it was done thoroughly and the way it is supposed to be done, no matter the comfort level. Sometimes we have to be uncomfortable but that insures the patient that he will leave no rock left over turned and I appreciate that! He is my most prized possession, he is my whole heart and he is also my only child so I take great lengths to ensure my child is in perfect health and now I know where to go if I want a very thorough football physical. I explained all these things too you, not because I am a writer and long winded, but because I want you to value your receptionist just as you value your physicians. Every part is important and having good “front of the house” help not only helps you to maintain appointments, cancel them, file etc. But if you have help that pushes your “guests” out before they get to see the doctor, what good does that do you. So, give her a raise, and show her she is just as important as the doctors and nurses, because without her smile, I would not be a new customer! And I am sure I am not the only person who has told me you this at least I presume. If I could write a letter of appreciation for his care that day, it would be to her. Some companies have a form you can tell them if someone made your day better In some ways, well this is that for me for her. I had just had a very bad experience with another receptionist so meeting her at that time could have went either way if she would have been rude, but because she was a so nice, and so professional at the same time, she turned my whole day around and I came in with a grown, but left with a smile because of the excellent care I received not just by the doctor but more importantly the front desk. So keep that in mind when hiring another, make them exemplify her and they will all do just fine. Please make sure you let her know she made my day better and she had no clue she was. The team were really nice from the first young lady who conducted the intake to the young man who took my vitals, the x-ray technician and finally the young lady who diagnosed me. They were all attentive to my needs and very professional. I’m so glad I decided to go here instead of the emergency room.

I made an appt on line indicating my symptoms. I arrived at the appt checked in and was told based on my symptoms I could be having a stroke and I should go to the Emergency room. I guess that was good advise but I think Medical personnel should have advise me if I should take the chance to drive, call a family member or 911. I left Carespot, I was so nervous and upset I took the wrong way to go home and my bp was 194/101 when at arrived at the ED. My bp was 158/94 that morning prior to my appt.

This was my first time ever having to seek out Urgent Care and everyone at CareSpot at Beach & Hodges was awesome from the moment I arrived, until I left. The facility was clean and very professional. I was a nervous wreck when I walked in but they saw me immediately and made me feel at ease. All the staff treated me with the utmost respect and care all while taking every precaution necessary during this COVID-19 crisis we are all dealing with.
