The staff was quick to respond and very is to talk with. The PA talk to me and was thorough when explaining the steps of what is to take place during and after my appointment.

Friendly, actually seem to spend more time and be more caring than my regular doctor. Made an appointment and went in that day. A little wait but not too bad. Office was clean and sanitary. Doctor took the time to explain the tests and what to expect, was very competent and confident, and very caring.

This was my first time using the La Habra MedPost facility and by far it was the most professional urgent care operation I’ve had the pleasure of dealing it in a long time. From the initial call with the receptionist to set an appointment, to the visit to the facility, to the Dr and his staff, each was willing to listen to my issue and the history behind it and offered a treatment regiment that is working. I do not normally use Urgent Care but in the last couple of weeks I had to visit a couple of them (one out of state ) for an unexpected problem that occurred there. Upon my return to CA, My primary Dr could not see me immediately and recommended MedPost. The Doctor I was treated by in MedPost was very caring, listened to my problem, was professional in his treatment and took time to explain the procedures he would be doing and why. I highly recommend this facility and their staff and would rank them a 12 on a scale of 10 being the highest if I could.
