There was a breach of confidentiality, HIPAA violation during my visit. Im not offended but there was also some one else who’s reason for visit was loudly announced while I was in the waiting room, along with my reason for being there announced. Not ok. Ive always been well taken care of while in your facility but this was a blatant violation of HIPAA.
