I made an appointment online the day before and took what times were available. The MedPost in Brea off Imperial East was closed on 10/27 and 10/28 (the day of my appointment on 10/28, I showed up for my online appointment on time to see that the Brea location was closed hence I went to your La Habra location the next day in 10/29). My visit in La Habra was awesome. It was a friendly check in and the doctor was very nice. I didn’t catch her name in person but my papers said Bernadette Lim. She is petite, fully gloved up and protected, and has a very warm approach. She was accessible and easy to talk to about my visit. Thank you so much for such an awesome experience. I hope the patients who visit are gracious and kind.

Easy to make an appointment. Check in process was simple and the front desk employee was courteous. Was seen in a reasonable amount of time and the MA and Nurse Practioner were great. Meds sent over and I’m on my way back to feeling better.

I broke my toe the morning before I went to care spot. My husband made me an appointment and even with the appointment we had to wait over an hour and a half. I did get to see a physician and was xrayed and they determined my toe was broken. They did not wrap the foot or give me any care directions, just sent me on my way with a referral. I did have a followup with JOI and was given the shoe so the foot would heal. I still recommend this place because the people were nice and helpful. The wait wasn’t fun, and the chairs were very uncomfortable.
