First time to use Med Post, and all went very smoothly. It was clean, and had professional employees who worked efficiently to get me in and out. I signed up online for an appointment and was seen at the time scheduled. I was very pleased with the service and care that I received from each person tending to my needs.

Very professional. Heather at the front desk was friendly and beyond knowledgeable. I did have one experience I wasn’t too thrilled with. I had to come back July 4th because once the scans had completely fallen off my leg there was still a suture. I called and drove the 45 minutes down to care spot like they directed me to do so so they could look at my leg. I was told they might send me to an emergency room which I was not thrilled with. I don’t have insurance which is why I came to CareSpot in the first place. After sitting in the waiting room for four house continuously exposing myself to people who thought they may have Covid, I was called back for the doctor to tell me she’s not comfortable removing whatever it is. Obviously it was a suture, it wasn’t there before I cut my leg open, but it was under scabs when I came in. So, after nothing being done I was told to make an appointment and come back Tuesday to see the person who removed them. After having to leave work early and worry about this in my leg for three more days, I came in and luckily he literally just “rubbed” it and it came out. When I came Saturday she didn’t even give it the time of day. It was beyond frustrating to have to sit there with no results. Obviously it wasn’t frkm my doing this was still in my leg. I can’t remember his name that I saw on Tuesday and who took them out initially, but he was so friendly and so reassuring because I was highly stressed and anxious about my leg. The doctor from Saturday I just did not care for. When this originally happened I went to the care slot in Middleburg and Nikita was who helped me and stitched my leg closed, she was also beyond amazing. She was so calming and knowledgeable and talked me through everything. I am pleased with the over all experience, and know I’m the future where to come.

Even though I Was a walk-in, the lovely woman behind the desk was very helpful and patient and accommodating. I really appreciated her getting me in to see the doctor even though they were so busy, and I didn’t wait nearly as long as I expected to. Thank you for being here!
