Accurate time for appointments

I went in for Covid-19 walk in testing with the expectation of waiting several hours. The reception should have been overwhelmed by the amount of patients she was handling but she wasn’t- she was friendly and efficient. (Understandably, many healthcare workers are burnt out and I’ve seen it show in a rude way in another office) The wait was only an hour and a half and I waited in my car comfortably until the receptionist called me in. My nurse was knowledgeable and caring. The PA I saw was in proper PPE and efficient. Overall, a friendly and efficient experience in a time where it’s difficult to do both! Thank you
