The lady in charge of the front counter was very skilled, efficient, and kind. Everyone was quick and informative, seemed to take the time to listen if I asked or said anything. I felt they all did a good job. they were busy and I had to wait about an hour in the room after my appointment time. I was prepared for this and not sure if it’s unusual. I did not mind. I will continue to use as I need to and already suggested to a couple coworkers seeking urgent care.

The nurse and the doctor were very nice and explained everything well. The wait time was not bad at all. The nurse that administered the COVID test was excellent. Had heard horror stories but it was not bad at all.
