I am a healthcare worker and have worked with Eva in the past. The manager, Eva, despite being out of the office sick was able to work me in and get me an appointment when needed. Everyone from the front desk, to the nurse, to the doctor was nice and very professional. I will definitely recommend MedPost Rockwall to people in the future and come here for any future needs.

The staff was very friendly & welcoming but professional as well. They were practicing COVID 19 safeguards by having sanitizer & masks if u did not have one, just inside the door, safe distancing of chairs, cleaning of the check-in tablet, receptionists wearing mask & doctor mask & gloves! I got in right at my appointment time . The doctor was very thorough & took time to explain the test, answer any questions I had,, & was very Kind & professional in doing the test I needed! He explained how to get my results very efficiently..I would definitely return if needed

The whole staff were very professional and very friendly! It was a nice change. I work in health care and have wondered how practices survive with such nasty front office. This office was wonderful from the minute we walked in until the time we left.

My experience with MedPost was exceptional. The front desk receptionist was superb and caring. The staff were very professional, friendly, prompt and attentive to my needs. Although testing was uncomfortable as expected, the assistant was very nice and concerned with how she administered the test. I highly recommend for urgent care needs.
