1. How courteous and friendly everyone is; 2. How conscientious CareSpot is about safety; 3. How thoroughly the nurse/assistant goes over the preliminaries before I see the doctor; 4. How intently the doctor listens to what I have to say and answers all of my questions. He makes me feel like I am the only patient he has; and 5. The range of services provided to address my concerns/issues (tests, medications, courses of action, etc) so I can start feeling better as soon as possible.
