All the associates at our Care Spot were friendly and attentive, great customer service. The actual testing time that was an issue. We understand that there was extenuating circumstances but 9 hours to be tested seemed to be quite a lot of time. (Had to take the day off from work.)

I came into get CoVid 19 testing. I had been calling everywhere and all appointments even for essential workers were booked out weeks..I was in and out within 10 min, same day and had results within 48 hrs..so grateful..I was neg by the way 🙏😁

Quick and efficient. My only complaint has to do with Quest Diagnostic. It’s been 10 days since my Covid-19 test and no results. It’s a pretty useless test at this point.
