1.I was taken right in. 2. My Dr.s office had sent information about me. Service was fast. 3.The Lab where my sample was sent, was fast . great news within 24 hours. My daughter, who lives with me, was with me, and was not able to be tested, unfortunately. Website did not indicate that walk ins were not allowed., and at the office she could not schedule an appointment for 1 week. It was a sign on the door, that said no walk ins. She had to go through a website,given by the office and be tested elsewhere. Website should indicate no walk -ins,

The ease of requesting and receiving information regarding available appointments is very important to a patient. The greeting and swift assistance by the admission staff is excellent. The updating/or editing of patient information using tablets insures patient privacy. The nursing staff has always been excellent in attention to the patient health concerns. Pleasant and positive attitude reassures the patient during the preliminary exam. And in conclusion, the clinician, be it a medical doctor or nurse practitioner, has always been informative and compassionate regarding the patient diagnosis.
