Staff was extremely courteous and I felt taken care of from the time I checked in to the time I left.I know we are in a pandemic but I was still surprised by how cool, calm and collected the staff was. The young lady at the front desk was checking people in and also answering phone calls from the office line that never seemed to stop ringing. I was amazed at how she could multitask, I certainly would have not been able to. I asked for her name and she said it was Tania, so kudos to Tania! The MA who took me back was very friendly and did her job well. The doctor was very professional and knowledgeable and really helped make me feel cared for. Thank you to all the staff of Carespot!!
