Clean, friendly, quick…

Well to begin with I called about covid-19 testing for me and my family. Jill answered the phone and was the nicest person I have talked to in a long time. I asked all of my questions, and she answered them with such a kind and caring demeanor. Like she was speaking to her family. Towards the end I let her know that I had a five year old autistic son that needed to be tested. She said that was perfectly fine she had just the nurse. She spoke so highly of Gloria. so the next morning me and my husband got up and we had to go drop my car off at the dealership. So we didn’t get to the clinic right at 7 a.m. like we wanted to. As soon as we got there my husband went in to check in. he got him in the kids checked in came back to the car and had me going to check myself in. Of course Jill was helping me. We were talking I realized who she was and she realized who I was. she said I have a wonderful nurse her name is Gloria and I had her come in early so she could help take care of your son. I almost cried it was so nice. So they had us wait until it was our turn. It wasn’t long at all it was wonderful. We went into the room and Jill told us that Gloria would be right in. Gloria is one of the nicest nurses and most kind and attentive to little children that I have ever seen. My son didn’t even need me by him when he got the test done. She was absolutely amazing with my son and my daughter. She had him feel the crinkly stuff on the q-tips and had him feel the little pulse taker and stethoscope. I could not believe how wonderfully he just sat there and stayed for her. She is absolutely amazing also my daughter loved her too. Loves her hair!!!!!! And last but not least, Dr Robert Decker was absolutely wonderful. He came in checked us all out made sure we were all fine. answered every and all questions that I had. He even noticed that I had a mark on one of my tattoos from a firework. I hadn’t seen a doctor for it. I was worried the tattoo was going to be ruined. he looked at it and he said no that’s pretty close to the surface your tattoo ink is much deeper looks like it’ll be fine. I was there for a covid-19 test. For him to notice something like that, and mention something about it, and make me feel better about it when I wasn’t even there for that? He was amazing also!!!!!!! if I could I would take my family there for a doctor’s office they were all so wonderful. From the bottom of my heart thank you very very much!

Great staff and my teenage son said ” that doctor was so cool”. We use care spot in other locations and are always satisfied with our visit.

The staff are friendly and gentle. My daughter wants to have your doctor as her pediatrician. He made us both feel comfortable and announced everything before he started. I have recommended this office to several family members and everyone has been pleased with the service they received. Not to mention the dx and discharge treatment has been accurate and successful.

It was close it was convenient even during pandemic it seemed they were taking every precaution. They were friendly and answered my questions and even seemed to want to help make it comfortable and easy process
