Including attempting to help those who walked in without appointments, with appointments and a child who was afraid with kindness and a bit of humor. Your staff was amazing. Brittany took my appointment over the phone and was extremely thorough and professional. Everyone was thorough and professional despite wearing masks their tone and voices were as is they were smiling. Great experience despite the circumstances.
