The physician I had yesterday was caring and gave me a pain relief solution and recommended a specialist. I was so relieved and appreciative! I’m also really glad that I was able to make an appointment over the phone and didn’t have to wait an hour in the waiting room. It was nice that it was less crowded.

I’ve been to a couple other urgent cares and our experience at this location was the best one ever. The PA helping us (I believe his last name was Scott), was stellar. My daughter needed 3 staples in her head and was crying hysterically. He was calm, upbeat, informative, and even gave her a little gift to cheer her up. Oh, and he made sure Mom was OK too! The checkout process was also the quickest and smoothest I’ve ever experienced at an urgent care. Everyone was on their A game. Thank you!

Thank You to the very Sweet Young Lady who greeted me at the front desk on 10/23/21 at 10:30am. She was so kind and helped to get me checked in for what i thought was vertigo. She is such the perfect person to be right up front and so kind. I got in right away to Dr. Linda Gillis, APRN Who confirmed I had vertigo. She was very thorough and kind and checked me and asked questions to determine it was vertigo. The young lady back in the room who took my temperature and got my vitals was so kind and helpful very friendly and so pleasant. Thank You to Carespot and all of you who work there. Thank You for being there for a walk in medical service. I have come in to this location before and have always had the best of care. Thank You for all You do and for choosing the medical profession. So appreciate Your Service.
