It was easy to book an appt online and the appointment itself went fairly quickly. This is peak covid testing time and there was only one receptionist handling all the walkin, checkin and phone calls. The entire process to get a covid test took about an hour. I appreciate everyone at Carespot for being there and appreciate everything that you are doing.

Very professional. Very polite. Fast service. This was in Altamonte Springs. We had gone to the one in Winter Springs. I was the second person in line before they open at 8am. The First Lady in line DID NOT have an appointment and after taking her information she told her to sit down. when I got to her she asked if I had an appointment and I told her no, she then said to me that the wait was going to be 4 to 5 hours, I was wondering why the First Lady in line did not have to wait but we had to wait that long. We then went to Altamonte Springs and was seen in less than 5 minutes and in less than an hour and a half the COVID-19 test was done and we left. Will never go back to the one at Winter Springs, Florida.
