I had difficulties at first-I could not get through on the phone to make an appt, nor cpould I get the web site to show up on my computer-just a drop down menu with a number of searches for your and other sites. Once I took the time to drive to your location the receptionist was both friendly and helpful. It only took a couple of minutes to make the appt. The appointment itself went quickly and smooth. It was absolutly much better than sitting in my car in a mile long line in this heat like a lot of other people are doing!!!!

The workers was great but your System is Horribly Flawed it’s ridiculous to have people stand outside in 99° heat for 5 to 7 hours definitely Negligence on your behalf not to mention thec 6 feet is non existent I refuse to recommend you to anyone my mom I’d 69 years old I felt so Sorry for her!
