I went to MedPost for what I thought was a sprained or twisted ankle – I wanted to make sure it wasn’t broken. I was very pleased with everybody I met there – the receptionist was very friendly and efficient, answering people’s questions, etc. I didn’t have an appointment so I had a bit of a wait. When it was my turn, Michael took me to the back, took my vitals and my history. Dr Viscardi examined my foot and said I would need an xray to determine whether any bones were broken. Michael took xrays from three angles. When Dr Viscardi reviewed the xrays, she determined I had a clean break on my 5th metatarsal. She said there was currently no displacement and it might be able to heal without surgery, but I would need to see an orthopedic surgeon. The process from the time I was taken to the back until the time I left was about 1 hour. I was very pleased with the staff and the care I received and would not hesitate to go back in the future. I’ve told a number of my friends about this MedPost.

The service was pretty quick especially considering how busy any medical center or clinic would be with the current health crisis. Once inside the nurse and physician were very kind professional and got everything done quickly.
