Very accommodating tome as I had messed up making the online appointment. I checked the wrong service that I wanted instead of requesting the COVID-19 test. Had to wait a bit extra, but the staff got it done for me.

The location is convenient, no copay due to being a Baptist employee, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, setting up an appointment or walking in is an easy process, the wait time is not as long as most walk in clinics, the check in process is also very very quick and easy and I also love the text message notification of when I will be the seen, appointment reminder, and other things. The clinic ensured that everyone was safe with great infection control measures.
