Staff very friendly and check-in was very easy. Front desk lady (sorry forgot her name) very attentive. I was very calm and waiting my turn considering I had a gash just under my eyebrow. She noticed it had started to bleed again and immediately had me back in room. Within minutes I was accessed and glued back together.
