Very nice and very easy to work with all the staff is caring and kind and extremely patient with kids also definitely will use them in the future!! Extra thanks to the woman who did the Covid and strep testing on my son!! She was awesome and did an amazing job making him feel comfortable and not scared about how far back that test goes. I wish I remembered her name but thank you!

Jennifer Fowles is who I believe say my daughter and SHE IS AWESOME. My daughter is extremely shy and she was so comfortable with her and made one of her worst days into a way better one! I whole heartedly recommend this provider, she’s one of the best!

Definitely the Provider, AMIT SHAH. This is my 3rd visit, the first one for myself, the second to accompany my wife and this 3rd time for myself. The first visit I was seen by a lady (I did not ask for a print out so I did not get her name) and she was good, really very good. She said that she more often assigned in Anaheim Hills so I did not expect to see her yesterday. So this 3rd visit I was hoping it would be Amit Shah because I remembered he did very well when he saw my wife. And I was lucky it was Amit indeed. I like him because he is very thorough. I came in with a complaint of pain on my left lateral neck. I was worried because it may be “melanoma”. Amit said that I may mean “lymphoma” but he explained the difference in a way that would not embarrass me. Of course, not expecting that I should know. So that is one point in his favor. He felt the area several times with different strokes, asking specific questions. Finally, he assured me he does not suspect what I was afraid it was. He gave me gel to apply and observe. And check with my Primary if it does not get better. This is my 3rd day and the pain in the area is gone. Overall, your providers are great and they are the ones who keep patients coming back. Other employees are not as important because later they can be substituted by non smiling or impersonal robots. I do not like to make negative reviews, but I do a lot of positive commendations. By this statement, you may know that you need to train better your other personnel for a more friendly and concerned approach to patients who come in. “I will be back”
