I called CareSpot to see if they were taking walk ins … the lady I talked to was friendly, helpful ! I arrived at the clinic… checked in quickly and was called in a very short time. The receptionist, nurses and drs are friendly, informative …. taking the time that was needed…. Answering questions , explaining the treatment .

Phone in appt. & they were pretty much on time. All staff wore masks & took best precautions; For example intake nurse took history from another room using cell phone. Physician was very caring and when diagnosis not clear he was honest. Lab tech who did swabs was gentle & it wasn’t as bad as I thought expected. Call back nurse quite patient when I had some questions & concerns. I would recommend.
