I was in 2 weeks ago but my problem didn’t clear up completely. Came back again to get re-evaluated… Once again Every staff member was extremely nice & friendly! They listened to all my concerns & was very professional! They made me feel at ease, especially during these uncertain times! Thank you to the entire staff! Scheduling an appointment online was very easy to do and most times are available for same day appointments. When you arrive and check in, the process is quick, as the girls at the counter are efficient and knowledgeable. The entire process of checking in and being called back to be seen was no more than 15-20 minutes (typically, Urgent Care and ERs can be up to a few hours). As far as the care I received it was in par with other facilities and I was treated with respect.
