looked very clean waiting room large and bright triage stocked but not messy receptionist extra helpful and had a wonderful personality and attitude towards her work – called before coming and was cheerful and full of information re: procedure for coming in dr. wanted to be helpful (and was) and did not appear to be in rush to move on but also not wasting her time – gave very good directions as to what to expect from Covid-19 testing – let me know approximate waiting time for test results – listened to other related concerns – had/has the sweetest name ever (LOL)
