The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. That being said my last visit was the first time I used the “make an appointment “ feature trying to elevate the wait time and exposure to germs. I arrived per requested 15 min prior to appt. It was an hour before I was seen. Everyone was apologetic and it is nice to see the staff treats each patient with care and due diligence. I wish I could have been told my appt time was not feasible and I could have waited elsewhere. I will use this location again but not so excited to schedule an appt.
