The wait time was within reason. When you have an elderly relative that needs to be seen, its quite difficult to wait for 3 hours or longer.

Easy to make an appointment, open 7 days a week. Good for colds, minor infections. Nurse practitioner is fast and efficient.

The availability of quality medical care. I made an appointment of Saturday afternoon and was seen at my appointment time. The care giver was professional, thorough, and caring. The diagnosis and treatment plan appear to be very accurate as I started feeling better almost immediately.

Doctor and Nurse was very friendly, helpful and patient. My finger was cut and they took me back right away and did paperwork after. It made me feel more important than the paperwork.
