Dr. Ivan Lizarazo has been our CareSpot doctor for years and his diagnoses and treatments have always been spot on. He demonstrates concern and care for his patients, and always calls the next day to see how you’re feeling. He’s a great doctor and we appreciate him.

Doctor seemed not interested in diagnosing my symptoms. Did one test that came back positive in my favor and then stopped from inquiring further and just told me to see my primary care physician.

I actually like this care spot location very much and have been coming for urgent care for several years. On Friday May 22nd I had an appointment for a COVID-19 test as I had not been feeling well, bad cough and shortness of breathe and was concerned I was exposed to someone with the virus. When I was taken into the exam room I was very unhappy with the way the I was spoken to by the person that took my vitals and also the person that did my COVID-19 test. They made me feel like I didn’t have enough reason to be there for a test and that I was actually exposing myself to the virus by coming for the test. They made me feel very uncomfortable. If I didn’t feel concerned about my cough and breathing and possibly being exposed I would not have come in for a test. I later learned that people should be tested whether they are symptomatic or asymptomatic. I was surprise by their attitude and would think twice before recommending that location or going there again in the future.

Better customer service, more knowledgeable front desk staff. The PA was nice. I needed more sutures but he had difficulty getting the suture needle through my skin. The nurse had no bedside manner.

Checking in was ridiculous as iPad kept timing out so I had to reenter info multiple times. Your X-ray tech left early (mid afternoon) so couldn’t get what doc’s office told me would be helpful. And fortunately I took my own temp at home, because the head scanner wasn’t working properly( p.a.said they know it doesn’t work) and registered my temp 3 degrees higher. It was retaken with an oral thermometer which confirmed the temp I had taken at home. There was a general feeling that no one really gave a rip. All the while I was feeling quite miserable and wondering why I bothered.
