Disappointed at our last visit. My son was having cold symptoms and we made an appointment over the phone. After we are seen by the doctor, we were told they were out of flu tests. I feel it was a wasted visit.

Because I was able to hear after my ears were cleaned at Urgent Care in Peoria, AZ and the NP and doctor were so pleasant, I almost wish I had more reason to need them!

Clean place which made me feel comfortable, and without fear of getting more sick. The doctor was friendly, empathetic, and the best thing I did not felt rush to tell her my symptoms. I enjoyed the quality of service. I would recommend this place, and of course come back if I get sick again.

Prompt and thorough. Very clear line of communications with front desk, Sal and Lorie. I felt I was given a complete initial examination for the immediate need and pointed in the right direction for long term follow up.
