I came in to the clinic with an animal bite. I was asked to fill out the paperwork and information required and I paid my $109 fee. When I got back to see the doctor she looked at my hand and sent me straight to the ER. Because I was only back with her for a few moments she asked if my fee could be refunded to me for use at the ER. I found that to be the a wonderful thing to do.
