Professionalism; each person treated me kindly and with concern, from the reception area to the medical staff. I had an appointment, however, I was early and was in and out quickly. I felt really bad, so, it was especially good to be treated with kindness and concern.

When I call in for an appointment, you don’t tell me you are too busy to take me. You have always gotten me in on the day I call. I don’t want to go to the emergency room for a urinary tract infection, and my primary care physician seems to be too busy to take me, even though I can see the physicians asst.
