I came on New Year’s eve and it was packed I should’ve made an appointment I waited 3 1/2 hours or more. I know next time to make an appointment. I like this urgent care and will be returning if needed.

Even though the one time I came to Medpost was for a drug test for my employment, I didn’t have to wait long to be called up to do it. So what I like about your services is I didn’t have to wait long, the interior of the place is well kept, and the nurse/doctor gave me clear enough instructions for my drug test.

By booking online it cut down waiting time. I like all of the doctors I have seen there. They don’t run expensive tests unless really indicated as necessary. It was a good value since I am self pay. It is located less than five minutes from my house.

Reception was curtious and straightforward. We were informed of the time we would wait when we checked in. The nurses and doctor were prompt in their care. They spend time listening to my concerns and administering the appropriate tests. I would go here again if needed.

The receptionist thought she could fit me in due to a no show and she did. She answered my questions well and listened to me too. The two nurses and the doctor each had a good manner toward me. More importantly they listened very carefully to me and took what I said into consideration. I feel they provided me with excellent care and I appreciate that very much.
