The staff from the front desk to the Nurse Practitioner were professional, efficient and courteous. In addition, the wait was minimal.

I thought the PA was very professional. He explained everything, & encourage me to go to the ER because my pain was very high (10/10). Other urgent care clinics that I have been to don’t bother to check my lungs are my heartbeat which I liked that he did that. I will continue using this clinic as my primary urgent care clinic. I also thought the other stuff was excellent

Simple, organized, liked the ability to set an appointment. However, I feel for someone without an appt. and that walked in, as it’s counterintuitive to the “urgent care” message
