I was impressed with the online appointment and then the accurate time in being seen. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and Dr. R Lorenzo was so willing to listen to every part of my problem. I knew if I waited to be seen by my Primary doctor that it would be too late and I was so glad to find full business hours in a convenient location.

Part of my medical plan, allows patients to walk in without appointment. The facility seems to have had what I needed to review my medical needs. For certain medical problems you need not go to ER. Expanding after hours would be great.

The site I chose had scheduled appointments and they offered to fit me in the schedule. I was saved $240. If I went to the ER I would have paid $300. I will return to a Care spot for non-emergency procedures.

Was so grateful that this center was open on a Sunday and, although busy, I was able to be seen and treated quickly. Also, very impressed with the kindness shared by the people at the front desk and that they called to check on me a few days later.
