First of all, an actual person answered the phone, not an automated attendant. I was offered an appointment for later the same day. I arrived to a friendly happy person at the front desk, in my agony, he was a blessing. I was attended to right away after filling out my info. The nurse and the Dr. were friendly, professional and informative. I complimented everyone before I left. I was so happy. I had a culture taken and the Dr. actually called me herself a couple days later to give me preliminary info and ask how I was doing. THANK YOU!
