I had a positive experience. Easy check in process. Didn’t wait long past my appointment time. Patients were informed wait time may be longer due to a patient needing a little more time. That was considerate. I did have an appointment scheduled. John Rhoades P.A. care was excellent and addressed my needs. Meds prescribed and I am feeling much better. I did receive a follow up call after 24 hrs which was nice since this was on a weekend. Very pleased Kate [LAST NAME REMOVED]

The entire staff was courteous, helpful and informative. The nurse manager was an extremely friendly and thorough professional along with the process of registration and helpful medical assistants. My visit was very instrumental; and I felt so much better after taking the prescribed prescription. Good facility to recommend on a weekend when my primary was not available. [NAME REMOVED]

Appts are required so you control the wait time as well as who is in the lobby. When you don’t feel well you don’t want to be around anyone else. The wait tome seemed a little long since no one else was there. I just wanted to be an exam room Incase I got sick from coughing so hard.
