How easy it is to get an appointment to see a medical professional. The friendly and professional staff. The only problem I encountered was while being taken back from the waiting room to the exam room, the staff member had me go ahead of them. It would have been better if the staff member would have lead the way because the room numbers are flat on the wall and not sticking out so the patient can see them. I kept having to turn and ask the staff member where the room numbers were located.
