I ONLY enjoy going to the CareSpot located on Hendrick’s Avenue in Jacksonville Florida. The staff is kind, friendly, competent, and welcoming. I have been to CareSpots at various locations and at each of them I have been treated with contempt, disrespect, disregard for why I am required to go there, and as if I am a burden just for walking through their doors. Hendricks Avenue is the only CareSpot I have been to where I feel like I am treated like a person and when I am required to go to a CareSpot I will ONLY go to that location, as you can see from my visit history with all CareSpots, after I went there the first time, I have not been to a different one since then! Anyone I have referred to CareSpot, I have only referred to that location. Your other CareSpots could really do well to follow their example!
