You did an amazing job! I love coming to your Urgent Care facility with my little ones (but hate the fact that they are sick!). The front desk representative is always so friendly and compassionate, guaranteeing short waiting time, considering I have a sick kid complaining and crying… Dr. Andrea was super sweet. professional, and knowledgable directing us to home remedies, as well as giving us prescriptions as needed. The place looks clean and smells very nice. The registration process is super efficient using the pads instead of written documents. The best part is your operating hours starting as early as 8:00 am, allowing us, the working parents, to go in-and-out before our workday. THANK YOU!

The guy at the front desk was the sweetest. The MA was kind and non-judgmental. And Rosalind, the PA, that saw me was quick and professional. No unnecessary lecturing or anything. Just helpful. All around a wonderful experience.
