I made an appointment because I was not feeling good. I got in and out pretty quick with needed prescriptions for bronchitis.

Quick and easy. Options to schedule appt by phone or online. Staff was personable and seemed to enjoy working with each other. Was placed in a room fairly quickly and had vitals checked. Waited a little long for the physician but not bad since I was a walk-in. Once seen, it was a short time for the exam and prescription called in to pharmacy of my choice (simple otitis media so this seemed appropriate). The only change I would suggest is to try to get everything done at the front desk at once. i.e. When I got there the representative got my name and phone number, told me the anticipated waiting time and then directed me to be seated. 2 minutes later, she called me back up to get the tablet for entering my information. After I returned that to her and sat back down, about 1 minute later she called me up for my insurance card and drivers license. Shortly after that she called me back up to get the cards back and I had just sat down again when she called me back up for payment. This is a VERY minor thing but was just kind of annoying.

Wished prices were cheaper for people who are really sick and don’t have insurance. I absolutely loved my nurse practitioner who helped and listened to my health concerns
