Very courteous staff

The staff from nurses to reception, are always friendly, efficient, and quick. I have been 2 times to the location at Durbin Pavilion and both times I was taken back at my appointment time. The P.A. on site is very friendly, takes his time explaining things, and is thorough.

The Staff was professional and polite. My wait time was short. The doctor was great. I wasn’t a number, I treated very nicely. The nurse asked why was I at Care Spot. I told her. When the doctor came in, he knew what was wrong. I didn’t have to repeat why I was there. Convenience of having CVS right next door. My wait time at CVS was 10 minutes. The whole experience was great. I was vacationing in Florida. I googled “walk in clinics”, and Care Spot was the closest.

I’ve been going to Care spot I prefer them over my primary doctor for both my daughter and I I like the convenience of being able to schedule online and when I get there they are expecting me and I never have to wait long I always get efficient service And they always make me feel like they are listening to whatever I am there for The girls that check me in are always polite and courteous Whenever someone’s looking for a medical provider I tell them to go to CareSpot
