The ability to schedule an appointment or walk-in is convenient. The wait was short and the NP was knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner with my little boy.

I like that I can get an approximate appointment time online, allowing me to wait at home. The appointment time was spot on and I was seen quickly and was home with medication in under one hour.

Closeby. Easy sign in online, pre-register online. Tells you what time you will be seen. Clean waiting room. They wipe down the signing in tablets with disinfectant after each patient. Staff is friendly and professional. I only saw the PA and he was good. The only thing I didn’t like is not knowing how much this will cost me since they submit it to the insurance first. I was not able to price-shop around such as should I have gone to my GYN instead and pay small co-payment or is CareSpot cheaper? No clue. I’ll find out when the bill comes. This part I hate. They do outline how much it costs WITHOUT insurance on the board next to the desk which was around $159 for basic visit without any lab orders. I’d like them to tell me how much it would cost with insurance up front. Maybe they don’t know but they can at least look it up or give us a ballpark amount. I’d like to know how much I’m paying ahead of time. I think everyone would too.
