I was there on a Sunday with my boyfriend, my boyfriend called ahead of our arrival and spoke with a nurse, he was very professional… as we came in the receptionist was very professional and made me feel at ease, then I was called in, by the nurse my boyfriend talked to on the phone, he was also very professional and also made me feel comfortable and at ease, then we met the doctors, again very professional and compassionate, had x-rays taken, the tech was professional and very respectful… my experience was great, all of the employees treated me with respect and dignity, thank you so much, I really really appreciate how you all were with me…

Looked at website Sat. night for Sunday 0930 appt. Described my problem. Received call back Sunday morning asking me to come later, as they saw I would probably need an xray, and the xray tech did come in until 1230. I was grateful for that notice, hence avoiding a return to the facility later in the day. Staff was courteous, surroundings clean. Really liked the P.A. who treated me.

The front desk, I believe her name was Leslie, was kind and polite. The nurse, again I believe Sandra, was caring and very kind. I saw PA Maria,, again not sure , and she looked at my rash. Explained what it was and how she was going to treat it and answered all my questions since I didn’t know anything about the diagnosis. ALL of these employees were very attentive to why i was there. I usually don’t like Urgent Care places as they are so cold to people. Not here!! I felt welcomed, taken care of, and very comfortable with your staff. An “A” all around!!
