I can actually get in to see someone when my urinary tract infections flare up. I like that I can now make an appointment so I don’t have to waste a lot of time waiting in the waiting room.

The whole experience was very pleasant. From the way the facility is kept clean and tidy to the staff and their bedside manner. My family and I have been having to go to doctor appointments more often than usual this year. It was very refreshing to receive good care from kind people. Thank you!

Recently my wife needed to visit our local care spot on Monument Road in Jacksonville, Fl. The visit went very well. The staff was very friendly and very professional. The PA that my wife saw was very knowledgeable and professional and helpful in answering my wife questions. The visit was a great experience for us based on the all the above. Sometimes an urgent care center can be a bad experience since you don’t have a relationship that you have with one’s private physician. Being older adults we can appreciate good care and will use this facility for medical care when our physician is not available. Thanks Again
