Hello, Medpost is my first choice whenever I need a same day appointment. The staff is always nice and friendly. The two issues I had with this visit is the texting feature to confirm your appointment doesn’t seem to work correctly I made my appointment for 9:30am and I didn’t receive my text confirmation till 6:03pm. Like stated above my appointment was at 9:30 I arrived at the clinic at 9:22am we didn’t get called back till almost 10am then didn’t get seen till 10:20am and finally walked out the clinic around 10:50. I have never waited that long at medpost before when having an appointment so when I did it was surprising. Other than those two issues everyone was nice and had great customer service.

The team was very friendly. They took me back to a room right away and started with thr tests. When the dr. came in he spent the time to listen to my concerns and asked questions to get the information.
