The staff is so very friendly there at the MedPost, Cypress, facility. And, there examination rooms are so very clean, and so well kept. Yet, the very best thing is the people, the nurses, and the Nurse Practioner (Maria Tia) . . . she’s so very knowledgeable, and I really like the medical care I receive from Maria, and all of the Nurses, there at this MedPost, Cypress urgent care office.

You were there when I needed you and I did not need to make or wait for an appointment. Your cost (with my insurance) was competitive with my regular doctor and MUCH less than the ER. There was no waiting at all in the waiting room and everyone was courteous and professional (the front desk, the nurse, and the doctor) and I felt that I had received better medical advice and treatment than I had anywhere else. This will be my first stop the next time I’m in need of medical treatment. Thank you!

The whole staff cares about their patients and they do their “very best” to help! They listen and take time with you. If they see, some things may take longer, they come back and give you an update. If you are concern about something, they make sure they explain things to you. They make you feel very comfortable. They are very pleasant and they are like their name, Care Spot. A very appropriate title.
