I love that I can go online and see what the next appointment time is or I can set it for a time that is convenient for me. Checking in is easy, no long waits. The employees are always super kind and helpful. The doctors are knowledgeable and really care about their patients.

Walked in, made appointment, came back in and saw a doctor within 10 min. , he was very thorough, insurance was processed . Got necessary prescription. Fast, friendly, professional , and now I’m almost well.

Firstly, you can call ahead and put your name in or make an appointment. Everyone is SO nice and professional and you take Ambetter Sunshine insurance which most urgent care places don’t. Also the office is neat as a pin and welcoming

Love the front desk girl Rebeca! The NP Michelle was great as well and went beyond when it was even time to close. Also, the MA that helped us in the room was very sweet and professional. I work in this field and I’ll make sure people know these folks are friendly and do not make you feel unwelcome. Should have more people that are this friendly and knowledgable!
