Excellent staff, Keisha Pugh is a true professional who makes you feel at ease! She listens and fully explains her thoughts and course of action thoroughly! I’ve been to other CareSpots however none come close to The CareSpot on Monument Rd in Jacksonville! Keep up the great work!

Everything from the time I made the phone call for the appointment until I walked out of the facility with the confidence of the services that were provided including script call in. The personal at this facility were very cordial and expeditious. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with their services. I’ve always been a St Vincent customer but they have completely lost touch with their patients since Ascention has taken over the services. I’ve lost all faith with my primary and hospital services. Thank you for such great services provided in Jacksonville, Fl.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They got us in and out quickly and provided everything we needed to see the orthopedic dr for a fracture.

Everyone was very compassionate and the Doctor did not rush to get me out but took the time to partially demonstrate and explain a medical maneuver that could be helpful. Our focus upon leaving was to get to PT to get the paperwork going and a session scheduled and then to CVS to pick up the prescribed medication. My only complaint and this has happened before, Med Post takes my drivers license and insurance card and does not return them. We had to go back to Med Post (keep in mind we are there because we are not well or injured) to get this important ID to have for future use (PT and CVS). I suggest that you come up with a plan that does not allow patients to leave without their ID. After all, we entrusted it into your care, just like our health.
