Bedside manner and customer service is great when coming in for an appointment, however when I returned because it was found that my antibiotics were not the correct antibiotics, I had questions and the lady at the front was very short with me. I even asked to pay for another visit so I could talk to a doctor and was dismissed quickly by the lady at the front.

Everything was well done. The customer service, the nurse, and the doctor were all very friendly. The doctor explained everything I needed to do if the prescription medicine did not work. I was very pleased with everything.

Quick to get in to see the doctor, you can schedule appts. as well. The doctor was very friendly. She had the correct diagnosis for my son and even told me to call her back if I had any concerns or questions. That’s unheard of I feel at an urgent care.
